Mr SpencerThe light is very good. I wanted a bright daylight flash light with a good battery life. The spec on the rear light is 80 lumens for 19hrs. It is bright and whilst I haven't confirmed the run time, no issues on two long rides without further recharge. The light comes with several ways of attaching the light to the bike and also a waterproof USB charging lead. A plus is that the square mounting lug seems to be industry standard and fitted the mounting I already had on my Topeak seat post bag from my old light so a seamless fit. Happy to recommend.

BrianA very good tail light. Bright and long lasting. I like the mounting options that come with it, especially the saddle mounting bracket, this put the light in a visible but protected place. My only negative is that the light is quite hard to switch on/off. The rubber covered button does not have a positive feel. Other than this it is a great little light and I am very pleased with it.
StashDoes exactly what it says on the tin. I ride mainly in the daylight so have the light set to daytime flash mode, the charge lasts for ages in this mode & increases visibility. I find most drivers give you more respect if they think you're taking precautions such as this light.

The light itself has enough power for any use I think. Burn time seems to be adequate at least in low & mid setting. The light has not let me down even once (Finnish winter weather, everyday city use). Great value for little money.

Rich TongWhat a great rear light this is. Well made with loads of functionality and mounting options too. I went for the seat rail bracket, which was a doddle to install and keeps my seat post clean and aero. For the lumens it emits it weighs a feather too. No water ingress after several wet rides and Merlin's sale price was cheapest by far!

Mr HARTLEYThis is my second "moon" rear light, and the "Comet-X Pro Rechargeable Rear Light" is a step up from the last "Comet" rear light for sure.
It's small enough to tuck neatly underneath your saddle, (and if you turn the under-seat mounting bracket upside-down, then the light is totally unobtrusive, and a saddle bag fits as though the light wasn't there).
This light is super bright in both constant and flashing modes, has a great battery life, and weighs virtually nothing.
Worth the full RRP, but an even better buy when on offer at Merlin Cycles.
Mr LAUGreat that it includes a saddle mount, but preferred the more simple design of Comet MK II where you can just wrap is around a seat post without an additional bracket. Also, would like to see a lower output on the lowest setting for group rides, it used to be 6 Lumen, now the lowest setting is outputting 15 Lumen already.

Battery life seems decent on the "flasher" setting I have been using. There are numerous modes of operation to suit your needs.
I can't really comment on long term reliability yet as I've only had the light a couple of weeks and it hasn't seen any wet weather.
